- Location: HQ must be based in Switzerland with either local or international focus
- Financials: EBITDA of CHF 400'000 – CHF 3M and an enterprise value between CHF 3M – CHF 35M
- Business Model: Recurring revenues, positive cash flows, and a stable or growing market position
- Industry Structure: Operating in fragmented markets with high potential for consolidation and growth
- Profitability & Efficiency: 15%+ EBITDA margins, asset-light operations, and room for operational improvements
